No open roles right now.

We are pre-revenue and intentionally small. Every hire we make needs to move a specific needle. When that moment comes, we look at people who wrote in first.

How we work

Small team.
Wide surface.

We deploy every day.

Features go from idea to production in hours, not sprints. The plan that was the answer last Tuesday is almost never the answer this Tuesday. If two weeks of review before a PR is your speed, this will feel uncomfortable.

WhatsApp-first, async by default.

Most of the team talks on WhatsApp. Meetings are the exception. Work happens when you are in flow, not when a calendar tells you to be. Calendars exist for customer calls and weekly retros.

You own your domain end-to-end.

No committees. No spec-handoffs. If you ship the feature, you also ship the docs, the rollout, and the metric we measure it against. Founder unblocks where needed; otherwise stays out of the way.

We build for Bharat. We sell to the world.

Every product decision passes through one filter: does this work for an SMB in Indore, Kolkata, or Coimbatore? Then we make sure it also works in Birmingham, São Paulo, and Dubai. Born in India, built for the world is not a tagline — it is the spec.

We are honest about what we don't know.

Distribution, pricing, the right number of agents to ship next — we are figuring all of it out in real time. If you need certainty, wait six months. If you thrive in the mess, this is the time.

What we look for

Four traits.

Range.

You can write a Postgres query, then write the email that explains what the query found. A few things deep, more things acceptable.

Bias to ship.

You finish a feature, you ship a feature. The next iteration is what you wanted the first to be, not what blocks the first.

Care for the customer.

You can read three sentences from a brokerage owner and tell us what they actually want. You will spend time in their WhatsApp before you spend time in the code.

Comfortable with AI in the loop.

You have used Claude, GPT, Cursor, or one of the SDKs as a teammate, not a toy. You know when to trust the model and when to write the test yourself.

Founding engineer (full-stack)

When agent count crosses 40 and infrastructure needs a second mind.

Growth lead (India SMB)

When outbound and partnerships need someone who knows the brokers, the coaches, the clinics personally.

Designer (product + brand)

When the product surface grows past what the current team can keep visually coherent.

Customer success (English + Hindi)

When concierge onboarding stops scaling and we need a real human on the WhatsApp for the first 30 days of every client.

Compensation

Cash and equity.
Both real.

Cash
Indian market rate for the role, paid monthly, transparent ranges shared in the first call.
Equity
Real equity, vested over four years, one-year cliff. Founding engineer gets meaningful stake, not symbolic.

Anywhere with good internet. We meet in person quarterly.
Tools
Whatever you need. Mac of your choice, Cursor subscription, Anthropic API budget, all standard.

The interview

Three steps. One week.

  1. 01

    A 30-minute conversation with the founder.

    Not a screen. A conversation. We want to know what you have built and what you are trying to build next.

  2. 02

    A paid trial week — real work on a real ship.

    You pick from a shortlist of features we want to ship that week. You ship one. We pay your weekly rate.

  3. 03

    Offer or honest no within seven days of the trial closing.

    No "we will get back to you in three weeks." If we want you, we tell you immediately. If we do not, we tell you why.
