Shipping & Delivery Policy

Note: Niyog AI is a 100% digital Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) product. There are no physical goods, no physical shipments, and no delivery addresses required. This policy explains how our digital service is "delivered" to you.

1. Nature of the Service

Niyog AI provides access to an AI agent platform through WhatsApp and a web dashboard. The service is entirely digital. No physical product is shipped or delivered to you at any point.

2. Service Activation (Digital Delivery)

Upon successful payment, your subscription is activated as follows:

  • Immediate (0–30 minutes): Payment confirmation email/WhatsApp message sent. Account created in our system.
  • Within 2 hours (business hours): Onboarding call or WhatsApp session scheduled. WhatsApp Business API provisioning initiated.
  • Within 24 hours: All selected agents configured and live for your WhatsApp number. Alex is active and ready to handle leads.

3. Onboarding Session

Growth and Scale plan subscribers receive a live onboarding session (30–120 minutes depending on plan) conducted via video call or WhatsApp. This session is scheduled within 24 hours of payment during business days (Monday–Saturday, 9am–7pm IST).

4. Delays in Activation

Activation may be delayed in the following circumstances:

  • Meta's WhatsApp Business API approval process takes longer than expected (usually 24–48 hours for new numbers)
  • Payment not yet confirmed by your bank (usually resolved within 2 hours)
  • Incorrect information provided during signup — we'll contact you to resolve this
  • Public holidays — activation resumes on the next business day

5. Access to Service

Your service is delivered through:

  • Your WhatsApp Business number (AI agents operate here)
  • This website — niyogai.com (documentation, settings, reports)
  • WhatsApp messages from our business number with reports and alerts

No app download or software installation is required on your end.

6. GST and Invoicing

Since Niyog AI is a digital service (SaaS), it is subject to GST as applicable under Indian tax law. A GST-compliant invoice is emailed to you within 24 hours of payment. No shipping charges or import duties apply.
