Summary: Niyog AI is a digital SaaS service. There are no physical goods. Service is delivered instantly to your registered WhatsApp number and dashboard URL on successful payment.

1. Nature of Service

Niyog AI delivers a software-as-a-service (SaaS) product — a WhatsApp-native business team. There are no physical goods, no shipments, no couriers, and no delivery addresses. All delivery is electronic.

2. Activation Timeline

On successful payment:

  • Within 60 seconds — A welcome WhatsApp message arrives at your registered number with your dashboard link.
  • Within 5 minutes — Your team is provisioned and ready to respond. You may message the business WhatsApp number to verify activation.
  • Within 24 hours — If your plan includes WhatsApp Business API provisioning under your own number, our team initiates the Meta WABA application; final activation depends on Meta's review window (typically 24–72 hours).

3. Access Channels

Access to the service is delivered through:

  • Dashboard URL — a unique link sent to your registered email and WhatsApp on activation.
  • WhatsApp messaging — your customers reach Niyog on your business WhatsApp number, 24×7.
  • Email confirmation — invoice and access details sent to your registered email address.

4. Geographic Availability

Niyog AI is available globally to any business with a working WhatsApp number. Pricing is shown in INR for Indian customers and USD/AED for customers in other regions. Currency is auto-detected based on your IP address at checkout and can be manually overridden.

5. If Activation Fails

If you do not receive your welcome WhatsApp message within 5 minutes of payment, please contact us immediately at support@niyogai.com or WhatsApp +91 79809 95250. Our team monitors activation in real-time and will resolve within 1 hour during business hours, or by next business day if outside business hours.

If activation cannot be completed for any reason on our side, you are entitled to a full refund per our Refund Policy.

6. Service Continuity
