Refund & Cancellation Policy

Summary: We offer a 7-day full refund from the date of first payment. After 7 days, subscriptions are non-refundable but you can cancel anytime to stop future charges.
1. 7-Day Refund Window
If you are not satisfied with Niyog AI for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of your first payment. No questions asked.
To request a refund within this period, contact us at hello@niyogai.com or WhatsApp +91 9999999999 with your registered phone number and payment details.
2. After the 7-Day Window
After the 7-day window, payments are non-refundable. This is because:
- WhatsApp Business API access, once provisioned, cannot be un-provisioned for the billing period
- AI compute costs are incurred from activation
- Lead automation may have already been operating for your business
3. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain full access until then. No further charges will be made after cancellation.
To cancel, email hello@niyogai.com or message us on WhatsApp. We do not require any reason for cancellation.
4. Exceptions — Eligible for Refund After 7 Days
We will process refunds beyond the 7-day window in the following circumstances only:
- The platform was unavailable for more than 72 continuous hours in a single month due to our infrastructure failure
- You were double-charged due to a billing system error on our part
- We made a material change to the Service that significantly reduces its core functionality, and you cancel within 7 days of being notified of the change
5. Annual Plans
Annual subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of first payment. After 7 days, we may offer a pro-rated credit for the unused months at our discretion — this is not guaranteed and is evaluated case by case.
6. WhatsApp Number Bans
If your WhatsApp Business number is suspended or banned by Meta due to policy violations by you or your team, this does not qualify for a refund. We are not responsible for Meta's decisions regarding your WhatsApp account.
7. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to the original payment method. GST amounts included in the original payment will also be refunded in full.
