Your right to deletion

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India) and Niyog AI's privacy commitments, you can ask us to delete the personal data we hold about you at any time. This page explains how.

What gets deleted

  • Your account profile (name, phone, email, business details).
  • Conversation history between Niyog AI agents and you or your leads.
  • Lead data you uploaded or that flowed into Niyog AI under your account.
  • Usage logs and analytics tied to your account.

Some records (invoices, tax-relevant transaction records) are retained where Indian law requires it (e.g., GST records for 6 years). Such records are kept in restricted storage and not used for any other purpose.

How to request deletion

Pick whichever channel is easiest for you:

  • Email: hello@niyogai.com with the subject "Data deletion request".
  • WhatsApp: +91 79809 95250 — message us with "Data deletion request" and your registered phone/email.
  • Postal mail: Niyog AI, 103 Diamond Harbour Road, Near Taratala Metro Station, Kolkata, West Bengal 700038, India.

What happens next

  1. We confirm receipt within 48 hours.
  2. We verify the request is from you (matching your registered phone/email or a reply from your registered WhatsApp number).
  3. We delete your data within 30 days and email confirmation when done.
  4. If we are legally required to retain a subset of records, we tell you exactly which records, why, and for how long.

Meta / Facebook / WhatsApp data

If you connected with us through Facebook, Instagram, or a WhatsApp Business API conversation, deletion includes the message logs we hold on our servers. The same request above covers all Meta-platform interactions.
