Live dashboard previews on the homepage
The marketing homepage now shows real-time data from the demo workspace — conversations, pipeline, finance, and overview — rendered as server components. No iframes, no stale screenshots.
Recurring billing live
Monthly subscription billing is fully operational. Card and UPI checkout, GST-compliant invoicing on every payment, failed-payment recovery, and pro-rata refunds — all wired end-to-end.
Pre-launch security review closed
Full end-to-end product-readiness review completed. Signed dashboard tokens, isolated demo workspace, signature-verified webhooks, and rate limiting on every public endpoint.
Connectors section in client dashboard
Settings page now shows integrations as a "Connectors" accordion — E-commerce, Accounting & Billing, Knowledge Sources. Each tile shows connection status and collapses by default. Removes platform names from primary headings.
Cold outbound on WhatsApp Business
Outbound marketing campaigns now run on the official WhatsApp Business API. Approved templates, per-recipient throttling, opt-out compliance — production-ready for paying clients.
Six-month product roadmap shipped
18 vertical packs, identity cards for all 25 agents, per-client briefs, and an agent-request flow — all live. The first half of the public roadmap is in production.

WhatsApp inbound auto-reply live
Every inbound WhatsApp message now triggers Alex within seconds, with full conversation context and lead routing to the right specialist.
Dashboard v2 launched
Full client dashboard redesign: 12 sections (conversations, pipeline, calendar, finance, reputation, marketing, business, playbooks, community, reports, catalog, settings). Replaced 4-tab minimal layout.
Signed, share-safe invoice links
Every invoice URL is now tokenised and time-bound — share with anyone, no risk of enumeration. Full GST tax invoice with CGST/SGST/IGST breakdown renders on every payment.
WhatsApp message audit trail
Every outbound WhatsApp message is now logged — template, recipient, status, timestamp. Auditable for DPDP compliance and client dispute resolution.

Referral system live
Clients get a unique referral code (NIY-XXXX format). Successful referrals credit 2,000 account credits to the referrer. Attribution tracked via cookie + URL param, validated server-side.
