What does the price actually include?

Can I cancel anytime? Any lock-in?
Cancel anytime — no exit fees, no clawbacks, no minimum term on monthly plans. Every paid plan ships with a 7-day card-authorised trial, so if you cancel during the trial there is zero charge.
What's the refund policy?
Full refund within 7 days of your first charge (not signup). The trial is free; once the first charge clears on day 7, you have 7 days to email support@niyogai.com for a full reversal in 5–7 business days.
Is GST included?
Yes. Every price is GST-inclusive and a GST-compliant invoice is issued on each payment, so you can claim 18% input credit on your Niyog AI spend.
What happens if I exceed my monthly actions?
Nothing breaks. Overage is billed at a small per-action rate at month-end, or you can pre-buy a credit pack. Auto-refill is opt-in so you never run out mid-conversation.
