Is GST included in the prices shown?

Yes. Every price on this page is GST-inclusive and a GST-compliant invoice is issued for every payment. You can claim 18% input credit on your Niyog AI spend.

Can I cancel anytime? Is there any contract or lock-in?

Cancel anytime, no clawbacks, no exit fees. There is no minimum contract term on monthly plans. Annual plans can be cancelled too — you keep service through the end of the paid term.

What if Meta blocks our WhatsApp Business number?

WhatsApp Business API is sender-reputation-driven. We pre-warm numbers, throttle outbound, and stay inside Meta's policy envelope by design. If Meta does flag a number, we have a documented restoration playbook and a backup-number provisioning path within 48 hours. No charge for that work.

Can I bring my own WhatsApp Business number?

Yes. We can either provision a fresh verified Business number for you or migrate your existing one over. Migration takes 24–48 hours and goes through Meta's standard transfer flow — no service downtime.

What happens if I exceed my included actions?

Default overage rate is ₹0.50 per action, billed at the end of the month. Or buy a credit pack in advance — the Heavy pack saves you 30%. Auto-refill is available so you never run out.

Do credits expire?

Credits are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. Oldest credits are used first — you never lose value as long as you stay active. Auto-refill is opt-in: when balance drops below 100, your preferred bundle is purchased on schedule.

Can I switch plans?

Yes, anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately, prorated for the remainder of the month. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.

What's the refund policy?

Full refund within 7 days of your FIRST CHARGE (not signup). Subscriptions ship with a 7-day card-authorised trial — if you cancel any time during the trial there is zero charge to refund. After the first charge clears on day 7, the 7-day refund clock begins; email support@niyogai.com from your registered address and the full charge is reversed in 5–7 business days. No partial refunds for mid-month cancellations after the refund window.
